The Colin Maughan Collection

Many of you will remember Colin who was a regular attendee at the David Stanley Auctions.

Colin died in August 2019 but due to not leaving a valid will it has taken this long to sort out what was to happen with his tool collection.

Colin collected a wide variety of tools many of an unusual and eclectic nature, most of which were meticulously researched and had a distinctive handwritten label attached.

Colin did sell some of his collection before he died but now the remainder of the collection and the extensive library of tool related books will be offered by David Stanley Auctions.

I hope that it all finds new appreciative owners.
